Disrupted operation of the tax cashier system in Slovenia

Slovenian State eTax Portal has given notice that from Saturday, June 3, 2023, from 10:00 p.m. to Sunday, June 4, 2023, until 6:00 a.m., the operation of the Tax Office system will be occasionally interrupted due to maintenance work.

They informed the issuers of receipts that, in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 9 of the ZDavPR, they must resend receipt data via the established electronic connection no later than two working days from the date of disconnection. In most cases, the cash registers are such that the issuer of the receipt does not have to do anything since the tax cash register automatically retroactively confirms all unconfirmed invoices immediately or within 48 hours at the latest after establishing a connection with FURS.
