How defiscalization of “old” fiscal devices will be handled according to the latest updates from the Serbian Ministry of Finance regarding the new Law of fiscalization?

The latest announcement from the Serbian Ministry of Finance stated that defiscalization of “old” fiscal devices will be automatic. That means that as soon as the new fiscal device (which needs to contain all requirements based on new fiscal law) is connected with the server of the Tax authority, the old fiscal device will be treated as defiscalized. No further actions and additional requirements are needed (as it was before). According to authorities, this procedure will be easy and fast, which makes the whole process fast and secure.
