It was unclear till today what happens with the certification procedure of vending machines in Serbia?

Technical accreditation for ESIR will be the same no matter to type. Even though vending machines do not have a printer for receipts, you can not return soda or juice you took from the machine or there is no advance payment, vending machine vendors will need to certify all those functions:

 - issuing printed receipts

 - return transaction

 - advance payment.

We asked why, because those transactions are not possible on vending machines. The answer was: the government wants to avoid malversations in defining different types of ESIR and different procedures. In case that someone will accredit vending machine and after certification, it will be used as regular POS, which will be a fraud.
