Italy has a new deadline for the exclusive use of the new electronic data track of the daily payments

Because of the situation caused by Covid 19, regrading requests from the trade associations the Italian government made changes in case of using version 7.0. with Provision of 7 September 2021. Previous regulations had provided for an extension from 1st April to 1st October 2021. the date of the exclusive use of the new electronic data track of the daily payments.

Therefore, the definitive start date of the exclusive use of the new electronic data track of the daily fees "TYPES OF DATA FOR FEES - version 7.0 - June 2020" is changed from 1st October 2021 to 1st January 2022

Also, the deadlines by which manufacturers can declare compliance with the technical specifications of a model already approved by the Revenue Agency are adjusted to 31st December 2021.
