Manner of exercising the right to get subsidies for fiscalization in Serbia

The 15th of October 2021 is the starting date when the taxpayers can apply for subsidies for transferring to the new fiscal system according to the announced public invitation. The deadline ends on January 31st, 2022. In the following, we unveil details concerning this topic.

According to the new Regulation on establishing the Program of financial support to taxpayers for fiscalization, in order to be able to realize financial support for fiscalization, the taxpayer needs to submit a Statement of Interest to the Tax Administration through the portal ePorezi.  This step can be taken only after the Tax Administration assigns him a unique designation of business premises and business stores for which he submits a statement of interest.   

The taxpayer may submit only one application for gaining this financial support during the duration of the Public Invitation and the fixed deadline that is prescribed.

The statement of interest for financial support for fiscalization needs to contain the following:

 - data on the name of the taxpayer;

 - TIN Number (or PIB in the Serbian language );

 - unique designation of business premises and business stores in which the taxpayer will use the electronic fiscal device;

 - number of the active fiscalized cash registers;

 - the identification number of the fiscal cash register module (IBFM designation);

 - the name of the bank or Treasury Department for business entities which are included in the list of users of public funds, and are entitled to financial support and the number of the business bank account to which he wants to be paid the number of funds on the basis of financial support;

Lastly, let us remind you that the deadline for submitting the Statement of Interest for financial support for fiscalization begins on October 15th, 2021, and ends on January 31st, 2022.
