National System of e-Invoices - starting tests in Poland

Polish Ministry of finance prepared the development of invoicing software to participate in the tests of the National e- Invoice System. The pilot of the National System of e-Invoices (KSeF) has started. Ministry wants to test the new solution by interested entities that deal with the development of invoicing software.

Polish Ministry of finance prepared the development of invoicing software to participate in the tests of the National e- Invoice System. The pilot of the National System of e-Invoices (KSeF) has started. Ministry wants to test the new solution by interested entities that deal with the development of invoicing software.

 Participation in the pilot does not require official registration. In a test environment, the government recommended using anonymized data. Access to the trial version of the software is possible via a dedicated website. Participation in the pilot does not require official registration. Invoices issued during the tests will have no legal effect. The recommendation is to use anonymized data in a test environment. After a certain period, they will be removed from the system.

Let us remind you, from January 2022, Polish entrepreneurs will use e-Invoice voluntarily. It will be one of the acceptable forms of documenting sales, next to paper invoices and electronic invoices already functioning in the course of trade. We plan that in 2023 entrepreneurs will use e-Invoices obligatorily.
