The procedures for joining the receipt lottery will not change that much. Users will still have to register through their tax code on the lottery portal to obtain the identification code to be combined with the electronic payment tools (purchases made with cards and ATMs)
Also, the other novelty should concern the lottery codes: even those who do not have cards in their name or linked to their account will be able to obtain them, by accessing different accounts: it is, for example, the case of children who will be able to match the lottery code to their parents' account.
