Fiscal subject related
By delivering and installing an electronic fiscal device to a taxpayer from Banja Luka in the last few days, the operator of the fiscal system performed the first initial fiscalizations, thereby starting the practical transition to the new fiscalization system in Srpska, the implementation of which is underway.
In the coming days, the taxpayers of the first group for the new fiscalization who have duly submitted the necessary requests for the initiation of the initial fiscalization, for which they will have no costs, will be contacted by the operator of the fiscal system so that the initial fiscalization process will be completed for them as well.
For the entire process of the transition of the first group of taxpayers to the new fiscalization system in Srpska to continue with the expected dynamics, and for all 28,000 estimated taxpayers of the first group to have the initial fiscalization completed within the given deadline and at the latest by December 17 of this year, it is necessary that all taxpayers of the first group for the new fiscalization submit the necessary requests on time and do not wait until the last day for this obligation.
In this regard, we remind the taxpayers of the first group of taxpayers that, in accordance with the public call for submission of requests for initiating the initial fiscalization procedure and subsidizing the costs of the initial fiscalization of the first group of taxpayers, which was published on April 17, they have a deadline of June 17th, 2024, at the latest, to start the initial fiscalization procedure.
The initial fiscalization procedure is considered to have started once the taxpayer, belonging to the first group of obligated taxpayers, submits three types of requests: a request for store registration, a request for secure elements, and a request for financial support, i.e., subsidies for the costs of the initial fiscalization.
