The Minister of Finance, Siniša Mali, has once again confirmed that the already established official deadline for transfer to the new fiscalization is final and cannot be changed. From May 1st, 2022 every obligator of fiscalization in Serbia must start using electronic fiscal devices to record retail trade-in Serbia without exceptions.
There will be no postponements of the official deadline for transition to new fiscalization

Regardless of the speculations and requests of some of the economic entities, in the announcement, The Minister of Finance emphasized in his words the following: “I call on all economic entities, taxpayers of fiscalization, to activate the new system as soon as possible because there will be no postponement of the deadline. So, from May 1st this year, all economic entities that are obligated to the fiscalization system, will have to be in that system“.
