A taxpayer subject to fiscalization, who loses the right to use financial support, is obliged to refund the funds to a dedicated account opened for that purpose at the Treasury Administration, within five days from the date of losing the right to financial support at the latest (dedicated account number: 840-4035721- 20 - Mf - Treasury Administration - Fiscalization), in the amount allocated to him on that basis, with interest calculated at the rate at which interest is calculated for late payment of tax obligations.
The taxpayer who has lost the right to use financial support should contact the Treasury Department for more detailed information on how to return the funds to the specified special account.
