Fiscal subject related
In the future, taxpayers will receive, exclusively electronically, the following:
- confirmation of completed registration, i.e., confirmation of PIB on the form for newly established taxpayers and taxpayers who make changes to name and address data (REG form);
- confirmation of deregistration from the unified register of taxpayers on the PO form;
- decision on confiscation or return of tax ID number (PIB) and
- the decision on the rejection of the request for the return of the temporarily confiscated tax ID number (PIB).
The new method of delivery allows taxpayers to gain a more rapid understanding of the reasons for the revocation of their tax identification number.
The procedure for sending a request for the return of the PIB remains unchanged. The request is submitted to the competent organizational unit of the Tax Administration in paper form or in electronic form via e-mail. The list of electronic addresses of organizational units of the Tax Administration for receiving submissions electronically is published on the website of the Tax Administration in the Contact section.
To access the portal of the Tax Administration, the taxpayer must have a qualified electronic certificate with a chip
