Therefore, from May 1, 2023, the responsibility for non-compliance with the VAT payment procedure will be changed. Instead of the currently valid fines of 10 to 50 percent of the additional calculated VAT amount, fines of 20 to 100 percent of the additional calculated VAT amount will be applied.
