Fiscal subject related
Article 2, paragraph 6 of the Rulebook on data submission and generation of a unique label of business premises and places of turnover ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Srpska", No. 48/22) stipulates that, after submitting an application for generating a unique label of business premises and places of turnover, a certificate of the submitted application with all data is created in the fiscalization management system, which is downloaded electronically by the fiscalization subject.
The procedure of registration of business premises is the first step and prerequisite for the implementation of the initial fiscalization procedure in accordance with the Rulebook on Fiscalization Dynamics ("Official Gazette of the Republika Srpska", No. 26/24).
In accordance with the connected Law on Tax Procedure of the Republic of Srpska ("Official Gazette of the Republika Srpska", No. 78/20 and 37/22), the Tax Administration of the Republic of Srpska enabled the submission of acts electronically via electronic mailbox for the future period.
Following the aforementioned, and to be able to conduct the initial fiscalization procedure, taxpayers of fiscalization are invited to conclude a contract on the use of electronic mailboxes with the Tax Administration.
Even though the official deadline for this action doesn't exist, it is said that it would be best to perform it as soon as possible in the upcoming period. The contract needs to be submitted to the regional unit of the Tax Administration according to the place of the taxpayer's business seat.
The form of the contract that needs to be submitted is possible to download from the Tax Authorities' official website at the following link: https://poreskaupravars.org. and it is named „Contract for the usage of the electronic mailbox.“.
