Fiscal subject related
This public invitation, in accordance with the Rulebook on the Dynamics of Fiscalization, contains the obligations of fiscalization payers, operators of the fiscal system, and the Tax Administration, as well as the deadlines by which the initial fiscalization procedure is carried out.
Therefore, the first group of taxpayers belongs to the previous payers who were obliged to register every single turnover of goods and services through the existing fiscal cash registers, as well as those who have until today registered the performance of activities for which there is an obligation to record turnover through the fiscal cash register until the date of publication.
In this regard, the Tax Administration calls on taxpayers of the first fiscalization group to initiate the initial fiscalization procedure by submitting an application for business premises registration, a request for the issuance of a secure element, and a request for subsidising costs within 60 days at the latest, i.e., by June 17th, 2024, to start initial fiscalization.
All these applications are submitted electronically through the website of the Tax Administration of the Republic of Srpska through the e-Usluge section for submission of applications.
The Tax Administration must carry out the procedures of registration of business premises and places of turnover, issuing secure elements, and subsidising the costs of initial fiscalization upon submitted requests.
The deadline for completing the initial fiscalization procedure till the end, i.e., for registering turnover through the new electronic fiscal device of the first group of taxpayers following the Law on Fiscalization and its by-laws, is six months from the date of expiry of the deadline for starting the initial fiscalization procedure, meaning by December 17th, 2024. Therefore, December 17th, 2024, marks the end of the of the deadline to transfer to the new fiscal system for the first group of fiscalization taxpayers.
