The Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina adopted six amendments to the Proposed Law on Fiscalization of Transactions to strengthen legal certainty, transparency, and consistent application of fiscal rules. The amendments clarify key legal concepts, introduce fiscalization of the legal profession, ensure operational neutrality among telecom operators, increase the guarantee for certified fiscal system manufacturers (ESET) to one million KM, and establish exemptions for certain public entities.
