As the project Fiscalization 2.0 started with the new year, interest and enquiries from taxpayers are increasing. To support businesses in the transition, the Croatian Tax Administration has intensified the publication of official guidance and practical materials related to the new fiscalization framework.

A dedicated section on the Tax Administration’s website provides questions and answers on the Fiscalization Act, covering main concepts, compliance deadlines, technical requirements, and real-life scenarios. This section serves as the central reference point for taxpayers preparing for the implementation of Fiscalization 2.0.

In addition, the Tax Administration has released a range of informational materials, including leaflets, guides, and technical instructions, designed to assist taxpayers in preparing their systems and processes for the new digital fiscalization environment.

For further assistance, customer support services remain available to address legal, procedural, and technical questions. Contact details and instructions for requesting support are published on the Tax Administration’s website.

Taxpayers subject to the new Fiscalization Act are encouraged to review their obligations in advance and make full use of the available resources to ensure a smooth and timely transition to Fiscalization 2.0.
