On the 31st of August, The Council of Ministers in Poland has adopted a draft regarding e-invoice with the so-called structured XML format.
As a reminder, e invoices-structured invoices will be issued and received via the ICT system, meaning the National System of e-Invoices (KSeF).
The use of e-invoices will be voluntary. The implementation of e-invoices is another example of the digitization of tax services.
According to law, the provisions would enter into force on January 1st, 2022 and from that date, structured invoices will be able to be used voluntarily by taxpayers.
According to earlier announcements of the Ministry of Finance, the use of structured invoices will be obligatory for taxpayers from 2023.

S4F backoffice patch is intended for users who have already installed S4F backoffice and are intended to update existing installations to latest version. To do so apply only patches that are marked with version number that is newer than your currently installed instance of backoffice. Please make sure to install all available patches sequentially (without skipping).
