Let us remind you: receipt lottery was introduced last year in Italy as an initiative of the Government to combat tax fraud. The receipt lottery has been less successful than expected, but the attempt now is to incentivize it and increase digital payments. The plan is to make this more convenient and in accordance with digital innovations.

We need to wait for official clarification from Italian authorities, but probably, on the receipt, there will be a QR code. The customer will need to obtain an application to find out immediately if he has won. In addition, it is also planned to increase the number of draws and winnings, but with lower amounts than the current ones.
