General information
The Financial Administration of the Republic of Slovenia (FURS) has announced that its office hours and public service availability will be shortened on 24 and 31 December 2025, in accordance with the Ordinance on Administrative Operations.
On both days, official office hours will run from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., instead of the regular schedule. As a result, services provided through the tax authority’s contact centre, including telephone enquiries, will also be available only during this reduced time period.
FURS confirmed that all information services on these days will be accessible exclusively between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
For enquiries outside official office hours, taxpayers are encouraged to use the chatbot service, which is available 24 hours a day and provides answers to frequently asked questions.
In the event of technical issues, users may report problems via email at sd.fu@gov.si, which will remain available for submitting technical error notifications.
