The Italian Revenue Agency released the updated RT Technical Specifications V11.2, replacing the previous version V11.1. This update introduces several changes to improve the management of telematics recorders and ensure greater clarity in fiscal documentation.
Changes in Version 11.2:
- Meal Voucher Management: A new optional method has been introduced to handle meal vouchers more efficiently.
- Invalid Document Identification: Commercial documents that are not valid for tax purposes will now include clear graphic and visual elements to avoid confusion with fiscal records.
- Electronic Compliance Transmission: Manufacturers must now use a new electronic method to transmit compliance checks, supported by the track Annex – Conformity Data v1.0.
- New Areas of Use: Two additional areas of application for telematic recorders have been defined.
- Digital Fiscal Seal Requirements: Minimum requirements for the use of the Digital Fiscal Seal have been established.
Updated Attachments: The archive DGFE layout and fiscal memory have been updated from version 3.1 to version 3.2.
