France has released Version 3.2 of its external e-invoicing specifications, introducing further operational clarifications for the upcoming national e-invoicing framework.

The update notably provides refinements on hourly aggregation of data submissions by accredited platforms to the PPF and further clarifies the interaction between Plateformes agréées (PAs/PDPs), the PPF, and public invoicing flows, including B2G, G2B, and G2G processing.

The specifications continue to focus on data exchange, directory services, and reporting flows, while detailed invoice formats and lifecycle rules remain governed by AFNOR standards.
